Hi, I recently purchased the starter kit for my printer and I refilled it last night. I just wanted to say
that the kit and instructions are excellent (along with the helpful video). The prints seem blacker than ever.

I've just signed up to Trustpilot specifically to give your company a 5-star review: you definitely deserve a
gold apple-corer award for your services to small businesses. I've been using your melt-and-pour system for
years, and more recently your 'cog and spring' reset fix for the 'toner low' error message on my colour Brother
machine; I have just doctored all 4 cartridges in this way and yay, error messages gone and the machine is
printing away. Heartfelt thanks!

Just to say thanks a million for the excellent product and great tuition video. When
deciding which laser printer to purchase I chose the Brother MFC based entirely on your
recommendation as to it's ease of re-filling. A year later and I've just fitted my first
missing wheel and spring to the black toner cartridge. Sweet as!

I would just like to thank you for your excellent product and
step-by-step instructions. I bought a kit from you for my Brother
HL-3150CDW some time ago. I have installed the reset wheels and reset
all of the cartridges over time and only now have had to do a
melt-and-pour. It worked perfectly and I am a happy man.

A couple of days ago, I received a refill for my Brother HL2035. This, less than 24 hours after I'd ordered it.
After a few minutes work my printer was back in business. Not only that but the refill came with a
thoroughly enjoyable 'newsletter', which, in itself, was almost worth the price of the toner.
In an age of impersonal, behemoth firms, dealing with one like yours is a delight. All power to your elbow -
or whatever bit you typically use...

Hi Guys, Placed an order for one of your Samsung M2022 refill kits and a second toner refill. The order arrived
really quickly!! Watched the video of how to do it. This afternoon I refilled both the 2022 and the older Samsung
in about 15 minutes start to finish!!! Really really impressed with the product and service!! Bonus being I now have 2 working printers
full of toner for less than half the price of a single toner and have the melting tool ready for next time it's needed :)

I just that I'd write and thank you for producing such a useful product.
Tonight I used it for it first time and I
was amazed at how easy it was to cut a hole and refill the cartridge.
I think the longest time was waiting for the hole cutter to heat up. Once again many thanks.

this is just to let you know that
the black kit at least works on the present firmware of my Samsung c410w colour laser printer,
even though the firmware has been upgraded twice since purchase.

out the starter kit and followed the instruction on your brilliant video and lo and behold I've printed an

been providing you with steady if modest business for the past 9. Initial cartridge packed in after 5 refills/15,000 pages,
remanufactured replacement cartridge now on its second refill at 18,000.

I am impressed with
the kit. It has everything including mask, gloves and even a screwdriver. I had not expected such completeness. Very impressive.

I basically stuck in the model number in google, amazon and ebay.
The results either had cra**y websites, were just bottles of toner or only sold cartridges.
I then came across your video on how to refill, which helped, so you were ahead.
I have to say great delivery speed! I ordered around 2pm yesterday and it's now in my hands :)

Driven by wanting to recycle and the need to save money I chose to order the four toner refills I
required from you with some trepidation.
The delivery arrived within 48 hours and I spent a worried few minutes gathering the nerve to start
the refilling process. Your instructions couldn't have been clearer and the kit included for the "melt and pour"
system complete and easy to use. I found it difficult to get the backing away from the new chips but that was due
to the smallness of the part and the clumsiness of my fingers and the only problem that occurred and I had completed
the refilling of four cartridges within twenty minutes.
My next worry was whether manufacturer's firmware had rendered the chips unusable but a test print of 45
full colour pages of a long-awaited document was of the same quality as the first run I had made when the
printer was new. I should have refilled earlier rather than putting up with partly faded prints.
So, for the sake of a bit of mess (I got better with practice and should have followed your instructions closer)
and twenty minutes I saved over £60. Thanks for swift delivery and excellent instructions. I look forward to a few
hundred trouble free printing pages and another twenty minutes refilling.
As I work with small businesses, charities and sole proprietors I will be letting them know of the savings to be had.

Hi,
I'd just like to thank-you for your excellent service and help.
I bought a refill kit for the Samsung ML-1665 toner from you back in September.
At the time my package was damaged by Royal Mail and I didn't received the screwdriver, drill bit or glue.
You posted replacements out to me the next day, and were really helpful on the phone - great service!
I finally got around to performing the refill last week. I've been getting away with shaking the toner
cartridge until now to get extra prints out of it. Your instructions worked well and were relatively easy to follow.
It all works as expected. Great stuff.
